“As fathers, professionals, and gay men navigating so many roles and responsibilities, it’s easy to get pulled in different directions — mentally, emotionally, even spiritually. Mindfulness is about learning to come back to the present moment, just as it is, without judgment. It’s not about ‘fixing’ anything — it’s about noticing, breathing, and finding calm and clarity in the now. At this meeting, we’ll explore how mindfulness can support us — in parenting, relationships, stress, and even in the way we show up for ourselves. I’ll share a few simple practices, but mostly, I hope this opens up a real, supportive conversation where we can share our own experiences and learn from each other. Let’s begin by just arriving… right here”
