Description: When we let others into our secret we can be energized by the possibilities of a life that until recently, we hardly dared to dream. At the same time, we can be conflicted by the feelings of guilt and shame for hurts we may have caused to others, in particular those closest to us. Understanding these feelings can help us deal with them when they clash.

Let’s discuss the kids...it doesn’t matter the age of your kids  you will always be dad, and will always be there for decisions and support.
